Really great experience during our two nights of stay, clean apartment. Nice and really kind staff overall. Comfy rooms, a fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a dining area. Bonus points for a fully furnished kitchen. Marvellous setting, next to eateries, Zermatt and the river with a view of Matterhorn. Btw, located near to the train station: )

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape. the kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to enjoy preparing our own meals. the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning panorama of the surrounding mountains.

The view from our room, as it did not match what was advertised. We also had to endure the noise from nearby construction sites, which made it less enjoyable to sit outside during the day.

Beautiful apartment, family atmosphere!!

The location is marvellous just next door to bus stop and Switzerland over the 2 weeks, and the rooms are stunning. The view is excellent, facilities include a fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a dining area. Building is big, everything is clean. People who work there are responsive.

No water boiler.

I always stay here because it's perfect for me. They even helped me find a place to change money on my first visit. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, TV, laundry, ski storage, sauna. I keep coming back, even for business trips.

We stayed in a comfortable apartment with beautiful views of the town and the Matterhorn, making our two nights here fairly nice.

We really enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. The view from our room was breathtaking, especially during sunrise. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathtub for relaxation. The location was perfect, being close to the railway station and supermarket, making it convenient for us to explore the area and buy groceries for our stay.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The kitchen seemed to lack some essential items such as a blender, toaster, and microwave, which would have been useful for us during our stay.

The property offered a splendid view and spotless rooms. The staff was helpful and accommodating, even assisting with a late checkout. The apartment had a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, it was conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to Biner, a café serving coffee and treats.

The location of the apartment is ideal, being close to the town center and offering a peaceful atmosphere with the sounds of birds in the background. the rooms are spacious and well-furnished, ensuring a comfortable stay. the staff are always ready to assist and provide clear information. the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn from the apartment is simply remarkable.

There is a limited choice of pillows available, with only feather down pillows provided. It would be beneficial if there were firmer options or a variety to cater to different preferences.

Staying at Chalet Annelis was a fantastic experience! the apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking our own meals. the location was ideal, with a grocery store nearby and the train station within walking distance. the best part was the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn from our private garden terrace. the staff, especially Rebecca, was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with. it was a perfect choice for our family vacation or a getaway with friends.

We felt like we were on a romantic honeymoon getaway with the cozy and quiet atmosphere of our room. the en-suite bathroom was clean and well-equipped. the view of the Matterhorn from our glass door and yard was breathtaking, especially in the morning. the hotel staff was helpful and even arranged an early morning call for us. We loved the beautiful flower yard and took walks around the village, which was surrounded by stunning scenery. the location was convenient, close to the train station and with a bus stop nearby.
